I believe ...

I believe that Customer Success is too broadly defined in today’s catch phrase, buzz word industry jargon, world.  I believe that it requires definition and then further clarification for each of it’s components.  Each of which has a unique and different story depending on where a company is in it’s viewpoints on Customer Success and where a customer is on the maturity curve in their industry.
At a high level Customer success is 4 possible things:
  1. It is a Business Philosophy.
  2. It is an Organization or Team within a company.
  3. It is Advocacy.
  4. It is Transformational.
